We manufacture spare parts for any kind of graphite heat exchangers, graphite process equipment, and silicon carbide heat exchangers including those supplied by other original equipment manufacturers. We can precisely measure and reverse-engineer any parts so that it fits precisely in the original equipment footprint, accomplishes exactly the same function, and achieves the very same duty. Thanks to our versatile production capabilities and our network of industrial partners we can manufacture accurately and rapidly pretty much any spare part for silicon carbide and graphite process equipment.

We ensure the maintenance and repair of any graphite or silicon carbide process equipment. First of all, we inspect the equipment (search for leaks, endoscopic inspection, visual inspection, pressure testing, etc…) before implementing the necessary measures. It might consist among others in replacing some graphite or silicon carbide parts, expansion bellows, gaskets, tube sheets or some steel or stainless-steel parts such as bolts, nuts, tie rods, shell, pressure plates, etc… We never let our customers down. Our fitters, technicians and engineers always look for appropriate solutions to keep our customers operating at the maximum possible capacity.

We offer a complete range of cleaning services either at our customers site or in our facility. First of all, we inspect the equipment and question the operators to better understand what might have caused the fouling. We also analyze the process conditions and parameters. Whenever necessary we take samples and perform their analysis in our own laboratory. We test some cleaning chemicals and determine thereby the most adapted cleaning strategy. We clean heat exchangers, piping, equipment, unit or complete plant in graphite or silicon carbide but also in any other material of construction.

We provide technical assistance, planning, and coordination whenever we repair graphite and silicon carbide (SiC) process equipment. On request, we can also organize and supervise external contractors work for example during assembly, erection of start-up of equipment or units.
